摘要

Abstract

This numerical simulation research is about the flow in a two-stage liquid ring vacuum pump using ANSYS FLUENT software's VOF multiphase flow model. In this research, three different operating conditions were simulated. Compared the results we find that predictions of three-dimensional flow in a two-stage liquid ring vacuum pump are partially consistent with theoretical and practical, the impact of inlet and outlet pressure on the two intersecting interface prediction is not obvious, and time is an important factor in numerical simulation study. These predictions include gas-liquid interface of two intersecting, pressure field and velocity field. This study enriches the numerical simulation of liquid ring vacuum pump results.
