摘要

Abstract

The test system of hydraulic turbine to high pressure surplus energy is developed to make full use of the high pressure secondary surplus energy in petrochemical, metallurgy, electric power and other process industry. Meanwhile, it can be applied to increase the primary energy utilization rate and to reduce the carbon emission. This test system combines the technology of sensor, automatic frequency control, configuration and data processing. The actual test results show that the high pressure feedback and response of the test bench is fast and steady, which can provide stable high pressure and power for the energy conversion and torque generation module. As the core of data acquisition and control system, SIMEMS PLC has the merits of high reliability, small signal distortion and strong anti-interference ability. The configuration software of host computer which developed independently has a complete monitoring and communication interface. The whole test system has the advantages of simple operation, convenient adjustment, security and reliability, small maintenance workload, which means that it can provide comprehensive performance test and data analysis for energy recovery device such as hydraulic turbine, pressure switches and others. And it can play an important role in the research and development of hydraulic turbine and residual energy recycling.
