保温盖对冷藏展示柜内温度分布的影响
The Effect of Refrigerated Display Cabinet Insulation Cover on the Distribution of Temperature Field

Abstract
In order to explore he effect of insulation cover opening and closing state on the distribution of temperature field.In the experiment food packages in the refrigeration instead of by sponges and 500 g of water.In the experiment the uniform arrangement T thermocouple to measure the temperature.We use origin software draw temperature distribution curves and the temperature difference of each measuring point.Based on this analysis the influence of thermal insulation cover opening and closing state on temperaturefield distribution in the refrigerated display cabinet.Results show that the food packages temperature in the top of the freezer have more effected when the frozen insulation cover open , the temperature gradient between the layers is greater and temperature concentrated in about 0 ℃.Temperature in the refrigerated counter concentrated in about -1.5 ℃ when the insulation cover closed.关键词
