家具数字化制造质量管控技术研究
Study of the quality control technology in furniture digital manufacturing
摘要
Abstract
The purpose of the study is to explore the digital manufacturing and quality control technology,which could be applied in the furniture enterprises.Through investigating of the present situation in informatization management in the Chinese furniture enterprise,the problems existing in the management of quality information were summarized and analyzed in aspects of the backwardness of information collection technology in the furniture enterprise,the lack of timeliness of information processing and feedback during the production of furniture,the incoherent of the information integration flow during the information management,and the lack of standardization quality information management system during the manufacturing process of furniture.The guideline and basic requirement of digital manufacturing and quality control technology in the furniture enterprise during the manufacturing process of furniture were determined.As the results of this study,the standardization of quality management system was established,the quality BOM (bill of material) was completed,and the platform of quality management system was established.Based on the organization method of information management flow,the integration model of the furniture production quality control information flow and the tracking framework of quality control of information flow were established.In addition,the results of this study not only can provide the technical support for the furniture quality management but also support the experiences and references in the informatization management of furniture enterprise.关键词
