Research Situation of Acrylic Acid Grafted Starch Size Mixture
摘要
Abstract
Research status and development trend for current acrylic acid grafted starch were summarized.The polymerization process,initiator and so on for the graft copolymerization of acrylic acid series monomer and natural starch were explained.The sizing properties of size mixtures that were grafted and copolymerized by starch with four kinds of monomers including acrylic acid (salt),acrylic ester,acrylamide and acrylonitrile independently were introduced.It was pointed out that the sizing properties of starch could be improved by introducing the properties of synthetic polymer into natural starch.It is considered that the starch grafted with acrylic acid (salt),acrylic ester and acrylamide can all be used in the sizing of polyester cotton yarn.关键词
