高风速烘干技术用于纺织品定量检测的研究
Study Using High Air Speed Drying Technology on Textiles Quantitative Detection
摘要
Abstract
Application effects of using high air speed drying technology in quantitative detection for fibers were discussed.High air speed drying technology was adopted to develop QS-480A drying oven.UF110 drying oven and QS-480A drying oven were used separately to test and compare the time for drying seven kinds of fibers with different moisture contents to constant weight and repeatability for experimental condition.The test results show that fiber could be dried to the requirement for constant weight after quick dry 25 min with QS-480A drying oven using high air speed drying technology.Comparing with UF110 drying oven needing 240 min,the drying time was shortened about 90%.In addition,the quantitative detection results of two drying ovens showed no obvious difference and it met the requirement for the permissible error in related standard.It is considered that the QS-480A drying oven adopting high air speed drying technology can quickly test dried textiles.关键词
