热湿处理对苎麻纱线性能的影响
Influence of Heat-moisture Treatment on Ramie Yarn Property
摘要
Abstract
Influence of heat-moisture treatment on ramie yarn property was discussed.Ramie roving was adopted for spinning experiment directly.Through the change of heat-moisture treatment time,four kinds of ramie spun yarn was produced.Under different heat-moisture treatment times,the change principles of hairiness,tensile property and evenness of ramie yarn were compared and analyzed.The test results showed that the yarns harmful hairiness were obviously decreased,yarn tensile property and evenness were improved at the same time when the glass tube length in heat setting equipment was 25 mm.It is considered that the heat-moisture treatment of spinning process is beneficial to improve the hairiness,tensile properties,evenness and so on of ramie spun yarn.关键词
