聚丙烯腈三氯生纳米级纤维的拉伸性能研究
Tensile Property Study of Polyacrylonitrile Triclosan Nanofiber
摘要
Abstract
Tensile property of polyacrylonitrile (PAN) triclosan nanofiber was discussed.Using electrospinning method,pure PAN and PAN/triclosan nanofiber membranes were prepared.Microstructure,infrared spectroscopy and tensile property of the nanofiber were tested.Results showed that nanofiber diameter and diameter deviation were decreased gradually and the nanofiber distribution was more evenly and intensely with increasing of triclosan content.In PAN/triclosan nanofiber IR spectra,there were the obvious difference in 670 cm-1~910 cm-1 with pure PAN because of the presence of benzene in the triclosan.Strength and length of nanofiber were improved greatly with increasing of triclosan content in the nanofiber.It is considered that the addition of the right amount of triclosan to PAN solution can improve fiber fineness and tensile property of PAN triclosan nanofiber.关键词
