Abstract
Grooved drum parameters setting and tension control key points of Autoconer X5 D winder were introduced.Setting method of start-up,acceleration and anti-stack parameter of Autoconer X5 D winder grooved drum were elaborated.Application effect of automatic speed regulation and tension sensor in winding tension setting of Autoconer X5 D winder were analyzed.It is pointed out that grooved drum parameter setting has significant effect on the winding quality.Automatic speed regulation and tension sensor play key role in stabilizing winding tension.It is considered that rational set up grooved drum parameter should be pay attention in the use of winder.Trough proper usage of automatic speed regulation,the winding tension fluctuation can be decreased.The usage of tension sensor can make winding tension keep consistent and has better uniform winding density.关键词
