摘要

Abstract

In order to improve the combustion and emission characteristics of explosion-proof diesel engine taking the CY25 diesel engine as study object, the combustion and emission characteristics in different working condition are conducted when burning the mixed fuel of F-T diesel, polyoxy-methylene dimethyl ether and methanol, whose volume fractions are 14.3%,71.4%,9.5%. The results show that:compared with 0# diesel, with the increase of compression ratio, the maximum increases of combustion pressure are 14.3%, the maximum pressure increasing rate decreases by 27.7%, the instantaneous exothermic rate decreases by 32.3%. The combustion temperature in the cylinder is positively correlated with the compression ratio in the high speed and load condition, and the soot emission increases with the compression ratio and the load increasing,the soot emissions in the compression ratio is 17 are twice as high as those in the compression ratio of 15.
