摘要

Abstract

Considering the low productivity of tubular solar brackish water desalination system, this paper presents a novel multi-effect tubular solar brackish water desalination system. The structure and working principle of the device are introduced. Two methods of improving the heat and mass transfer performance of device are put forward. The evaporation and condensation temperature and distillation rate under both constant operation temperature and constant heating power conditions are experimental tested. Meanwhile,the productivity under air cooling and water cooling on the outer pipe with the heating temperature are investigated. The results indicate that the Gain Output Rate(GOR)of the system can reach 1.37 at the input power of 335 W. When the operating temperature of the device is 80 ℃,the yield of the system under air cooling is 1.248 kg/h, which is more than that under no air cooling by 82.5%. The productivity of the system under water cooling is 1.555 kg/h,which is 2.28 times more than that of the system under no water cooling.
