摘要

Abstract

For the influence of wind power generation reactive power response to the voltage flicker on the point of common coupling , A simulation model of power grid in which the wind power generation units are included is built. Based on the model set up on the platform of DIGSILENT, the relationship beteen wind power generation reactive power response rate and the voltage flicker under the condition of wind fluctuation has been studied.The results shows that the influence of reactive power response rate on the voltage flicker is closely related to the system short circuit capacity, set up reasonable reactive power response rate according to the grid short circuit capacity can effectively reduce the voltage flicker.
