Synthesis gas electricity generation and thermodynamic analysis of biomass plasma pyrolysis

Abstract
The biomass pyrolysis of a plasma spray-fluidized bed and the synthesis gas electricity generation model is established using ASPEN PLUS chemical general simulation software to research biomass pyrolysis and electricity generation technology.The composition of the pyrolysis synthesis gas is simulated for the oxygen gasification process of the biomass in the plasma spouted-fluidized bed.A synthesis gas electricity generation system is simulated using a M701F gas turbine as the simulation object.The energy values,exergy values,energy efficiency,exergy efficiency and combined efficiency of the gasification system and electricity generation system with gasification temperature of 400 ℃,500 ℃,600 ℃,700 ℃ and 800 ℃ are calculated.The results show that when the temperature of gasification agent improves from 400℃ to 800℃,the efficiency of the gasification system is 59%~60% and the energy efficiency is 57%~61%,and the exergy efficiency of the gasification system is generally lower than the corresponding energy efficiency.The power generation exergy efficiency of the synthesis gas electricity generation system is 26%~28% and higher than that of traditional pyrolysis gas.关键词
