自然冷却均温板数值模拟
Numerical simulation of natural cooling vapor chamber
摘要
Abstract
A new natural cooling vapor chamber is proposed for no noise and temperature uniformity of electronic equipments.Two-phase fluid pipelines are set in the vapor chamber.Heat transfer performance and temperature uniformity are enhanced through the vapor-liquid phase change of working fluid.A new flow and heat transfer model is created using the classical phase change theory combining the volume of fluid(VOF)function equation,and the two-phase flow,heat transfer and vapor-liquid phase change process in the vapor chamber are simulated.Simulation results show that the vapor chamber works under gravity mostly;when the filling ratio is 70%,the temperature difference and the thermal resistance are the smallest;the heat transfer performance of the working fluid R134a is better than that of R236fa and R245fa.关键词
