微种植体支抗远移上颌磨牙在成人安氏Ⅱ1错(牙合)拔牙矫治中的疗效

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of upper molar distalization with a miniscrew-supported distal jet in premolar extraction for the treatment of Angle Class Ⅱ division 1 (Ⅱ 1) malocclusion in adults.Methods A total of 15 female adult patients with Angle Ⅱ 1 malocclusion underwent the extraction of four first premolars.After the extraction space was closed by micro-implant anchorage,upper molars were moved back to correct the molar relationship,and the space was used for retraction of the anterior teeth.A cephalometric analysis was performed before and after treatment to investigate the clinical outcome.Results After the treatment,the upper central incisor moved (7.43±1.41) mm to the distal part,the lower central incisor moved (3.83±0.99) mm to the distal part,and the upper first molar moved (2.19±0.52) mm to the distal part.The angle between the long axis of the upper central incisor and the anterior skull base plane was reduced by 18.05°± 6.33°,and the angle between the long axis of the lower central incisor and the mandibular plane was reduced by 6.01°±2.86°.The upper and lower lips were retracted,the nasolabial angle was increased,and the soft tissue profile was significantly improved.Conclusion In the treatment of patients with Angle Ⅱ 1 malocclusion,greater retraction of upper and lower incisors and good profile can be obtained by closing extraction space with micro-implant anchorage and moving upper molars to the distal part.关键词
