基于高通量测序技术分析石蝉草内生细菌多样性
Endophytic Bacterial Diversity of Peperomia dindygulensis Miq.Estimated via High Throughput Sequencing

Abstract
In this study,the species and diversity of endophytic bacteria in the root,stem and leaf of Peperomia dindygulensis Miq.were comprehensively investigated by highthroughput sequencing technology based on Illumina Miseq platform.The results showed that the number of OTUs were 167 in total which belonged to 11 phyla respectively as Proteobacteria,Ignavibacteriae,Gemmatimonadetes,Fusobacteria,Firmicutes,Deinococcus-Thermus,Chloroflexi,Bacteroidetes,Actinobacteria and Acidobacteria.There were differences in the community composition and diversity of endophytic bacteria from different samples,but the dominant groups of 3 samples were Proteobacteria,accounting for 62.48%-93.24%.In this research,it is showed that Bacillus and Myxococcus on genus level were specifically located in the leaf and root,respectively.These may have some correlation with preferable anti-inflammation and anti-tumor effects.关键词
