摘要

Abstract

In order to realize real-time monitoring of the temperature field in furnace of utility boilers, a mathematical model for furnace temperature field reconstruction was established based on infrared temperature measurement. The least squares QR-decomposition (LSQR) algorithm was applied to solve this model. The single-peak and double-peak temperature field models were simulated, and high quality temperature field images could be obtained by both the temperature field models. Temperature measurement experiment was carried out on a domestic 300 MW unit boiler by using the infrared temperature measurement technique. The 2D temperature field of a section in the furnace was reconstructed and the results reflect temperature distribution accurately. Both the simulation results and the experimental results indicate that the infrared temperature measurement technique can be used to reconstruct 2D temperature field and realize real-time monitoring of temperature field in furnace.
