松潘县生态安全格局评价及生态保护红线区划研究
Evaluation of Ecological Security Pattern and Red Line Zoning of Ecological Protection of Songpan County
摘要
Abstract
Ecological protection red line zoning of Songpan County can promote ecological environmental protection.It has significant meaning in guiding the population distribution,economic layout match with resources environment carrying capacity,converting the good ecological resource advantage into regional competitive advantage,and realizing the upgrade of county economy and urban transformation.By analyzing the function of water conservation,biodiversity protection,and soil and water conservation function,combining with the reality of Songpan County,this paper established the spatial pattern of ecological security,and depicted the ecological protection red lines of Songpan County preliminary.The ecological protection red line area is 8042.79 km2 in Songpan County,accounting for 98.68％ of the land area.In which the prohibited development red line was 1374.53 km2,accounting for 16.46％ of the land area.The of ecological function significance red line was 5866.60 km2,accounting for 70.25％ of the land area.Other type of red line was 801.66 km2,accounting for 9.60％ of the land area.The none-red line area is mainly located in the Minjiang river valley,where was the population and urban centralized area in Songpan County.关键词
