摘要
Abstract
This paper reviewed the advanced technologies of early warning systems (EWS) in drinking water monitoring at the macro-policy level of American from four aspects,concern for the water supply,role of EPA in water security and early warning systems,development idea of EWS,and general design flow of EWS.Elaborated5 important development ideas,and three-step design flow.Combining the implementation of "Action plan for water pollution prevention and control",pointed out the works that should be used for reference in EWS.关键词
