急性冠脉综合征血同型半胱氨酸水平与GRACE评分的相关性研究
Study on the Relationship between Serum Homocysteine Level and GRACE Score in Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome

Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum homocysteine(Hcy)level and risk stratification GRACE score in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods 212 cases of patients diagnosed with ACS in November 2012 to January 2016 were selected and divided into low risk group(≤108 points,n=96),moderate risk group(109~140 points,n=69),high risk group(>140 points,n=47)according to GRACE score of danger.And the relationship between Hcy level and GRACE score of risk stratification in patients with ACS was evaluated.Results The Hcy level of patients with ACS was respectively(12.17±6.34)μmol/L in the low risk group,(18.63±10.83)μmol/Lin the risk group,(27.39±13.94)μmol/L in the high risk group,and the difference between the three groups was statistically significant(F=19.572,P<0.01).Linear regression analysis showed that the level of Hcy was positively correlated with GRACE score(r=0.672,P<0.01).Conclusion The level of Hcy has certain clinical value in evaluating the risk stratification of patients with ACS关键词
