穴位埋线治疗卵巢早衰的临床疗效观察
Clinical Observation of Acupoint Catgut Embedding in Patients with Premature Ovarian Failure
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupoint catgut embedding in the patients with premature ovarian failure.Methods 18 patients with premature ovarian failure were given acupoint catgut embedding therapy for an average period of 6 months.Then clinical effect and the change of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and estradiol(E2)were observed before and after the treatment.Results After the treatment,13 patients returned normal menstruation,and the total effective rate was 72.22%.Among them,serum FSH,LH and E2 were significantly improved in 8 patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding is an effective treatment in patients with premature ovarian failure which has no toxic or side effects,deserving further clinical research and promotion.关键词
