功能性鼻窦内窥镜手术对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者负面情绪改善的研究
Study on the Improvement of Negative Emotion in Patients with Chronic Rhino-sinusitisby Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery

Abstract
Objective To preliminarilystudy the effect of functional endoscopic sinus surgery Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery,FESS)on the improvement of the psychological state of patients with chronic rhino-sinusitis,and to study the feasibility of using psychological and psychiatric items as important indicators of healing in the postoperative follow-up.Methods One week before surgery and 3 months after surgery,the Hamilton Depression Scale(Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD)and the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(Hamilton Anxiety Scale,HAMA)were used to evaluate the mental state of 62 patients with CRS admitted to the department of Otorhinolaryngology neck surgery,Guangyuan Central Hospital Affiliated to North Sichuan Medical College.At the same time,52 healthy adults admitted to our hospital for medical examinationduring the same period were randomly selected as the control group.And the patients were followed up regularly to evaluate the nasal and psychological recovery by distribution of the postoperative follow-up card.Results According to the results of HAMD and HAMA,after surgery the psychological and emotional disorders of patients with CRS were significantly improved compared with those before operation,butthere were still some patients with psychological and emotional disorders continued to exist,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And there were no patients with severe anxiety and depressive disorder in the two groups.Conclusion Chronic rhino-sinusitis has a negative effect on the anxiety and depression of the patients,and the negative emotion of patients after FESS is improved compared with that before operation.But because some patients still have some negative emotions after surgery,in order to pay attention to the emotional and mental health of this part of patients for a long timeand make an objective evaluation and comparison of them,it is necessary to use the mental emotional score as an important indicator of postoperative healing in clinical.关键词
