中药灌肠联合血液透析治疗慢性肾衰竭疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effect of simple hemodialysis and hemodialysis combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema therapy in the treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods 112 patients were divided into two groups according to random number table,56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hemodialysis and the experimental group received traditional Chinese medicine enema in addition to hemodialysis.Patients in control group received three times hemodialysis every week and patients in experimental group received twice hemodialysis every week,the whole course lasting 2 months.The changes of indications in blood biochemical examination before and after treatment in two groups were compared after treatment.Results Serum creatinine and urea nitrogen of both groups decreased significantly after treatment.Compared with simple hemodialysis,hemodialysis combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema therapy reduced serum creatinine and urea nitrogen more significantly,there being statistically significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Hemoglobin(Hb)in both groups elevated after treatment,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Amount of red blood cell(RBC)in experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).Main complications in control group included hypotension,hypertension,hypoglycemia and cardiac arrhythmia,but in treatment group main complications included hypertension,hypotension and cardiac arrhythmia.The incidence of complications in experimental group was slightly lower than that in control group,but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Coordinating hemodialysis with appropriate traditional Chinese medicine enema can promote curative effect and in the meantime,reduce the frequency of hemodialysis.Owing to the limited sample and short observation period,whether traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with hemodialysis can reduce the complications contributed to long-term and frequent hemodialysis still need to be observed.关键词
