青年与中老年乳腺癌患者临床病理特征分析
Analysis of Clinical Pathological Characteristics of Young and Middle-aged and Elderly Patients with Breast Cancer

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical pathological characteristics of young and middle-aged and elderly patients with breast cancer.Methods 50 cases of young patients with breast cancer confirmed in the Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University between January 2011 and December 2014 were selected(age<35,young group).Meanwhile,560 middle-aged and elderly patients with breast cancer(aged 35,middle aged and elderly group)were selected.The clinicopathological features(pathological type,histological grade,maximum diameter of the tumor,condition of lymph node metastasis,results of immunohistochemistry,etc.)of the two groups were analyzed retrospectively.Results The lymph node metastasis rate of the young group was higher than that of the middle and old age group(68%VS56.8%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of ER,HER-2,Ki-67 in young group and the old group were 52%VS67.3%,72%VS49.6%,74%VS56.4%.The positive rate of ER in the former was lower than that in the latter,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but the positive rate of HER-2 and Ki67 in the former were higher than those in the latter(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in histological grading,maximum diameter of tumor,pathological type,expression of PR and P53(P> 0.05).Conclusion Young breast cancer is more aggressive and more prone to metastasis,which may be related to higher ER positive rate and higher positive rate of HER-2 in young group.Therefore,the breast examination should be included in routine physical examination,so as to achieve early detection,early diagnosis and early treatment.关键词
