Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation(TEAS)in the treatment of postoperative urinary retention in patients with anorectal diseases.Methods 282 cases of urinary retention after operation of anorectal diseases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,141 cases of each.The treatment group received transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation at the posterior sacral foramen at 2,3,4(here are the 2,3,4 sacral nerve posterior branch of traffic,corresponding to Ciliao,Zhongliao,and Xialiao),while the control group adopted traditional psychological relaxation,listening to the sound of water,hot compress at lower abdomen and other induced urination methods.Results The total effective rate of the two groups,the total score of symptoms and signs after treatment,and the first micturition time were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of transcutaneous electric acupoint stimulation on urinary retention after anorectal operation is remarkable,which relieves the pain of the patient.And it is simple,safe,non-invasive and suitable for promotion.关键词
