摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect and evaluate the safety of transurethral vaporization of prostate(TURP)in the treatment of BPH patients,and to provide the basis for clinical treatment of male patients.Methods 128 cases of BPH patients who were treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June-2016 were randomly divided into two groups and treated with different measures.Results After different operation methods,the treatment indexes of patients who were treated with TURP in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,such as urethral indwelling,length of stay and intraoperative bleeding(P<0.05).The scores of the patients treated by TURP were significantly better than those in the control group,such as IPSS,QOL,etc(P<0.05).But the complications of TURP were significantly lower,such as dysuria,urethral stricture,transient urinary incontinence,etc(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of clinical treatment of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia,the application of TURP could effectively improve patients' various treatment indicators,and IPSS and QOL score,contributing to reduce the risk of complications,which has high safety and should be widely promoted.关键词
