Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of cellular immune function and inflammatory cytokines in elderly patients with radical resection of colorectal cancer by laparoscopy combined with colonoscopy.Methods 94 patients with colorectal cancer were divided into the observation group(47 cases)and the control group(47 cases)according to the operation mode.The observation group received laparoscopic radical resection combined with colonoscopy for colorectal cancer,while the control group received open radical resection of colorectal cancer.The operation condition of two groups of patients was recorded and the cellular immune function and inflammatory factors before operation and 1 D,3 D afteroperation were detected and compared between the two groups.Results The amount of bleeding during operation,the time of anal exhaust,the time of hospitalization and the volume of peritoneal drainage at 4 days after operationin the observation group were significantly lower or shorter than thosein the control group(P<0.05).However,the operation time,the number of lymph node dissection and the volume of peritoneal drainage at 1 d after operation were not statistically different between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).1 D after surgery,the levels ofCD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+ in the two groups were significantly lower than those before the operation,but these indexesall increased at 3D after the operation,and the decrease or increase of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).1 D after surgery,white blood cell count(WBC),C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin(IL-6,IL-10),and tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-a)levels of two groups were significantly higher than before surgery,however they all decreased at 3D after operation,and the inflammatory factors in observation group at 1 D after operation were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).But 3 days after operation,the levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were not significantly different from those in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopy combined with colonoscopy for colorectal cancer has little effect on the cellular immune function in elderly patients,which has mild inflammatory reaction and quick recovery after operation.And it is safe and effective.关键词
