Abstract
Objective To assess the perioperative fatigue status of colorectal cancer patients and to analyze the related factors affecting their fatigue.Methods The fatigue status 1 days before operation and 3 days after operation and the postoperative fatigue recovery of 74 colorectal cancer patients were assessed by ICFS scale.Results The score of postoperative fatigue scale in 74 patients was higher than that before operation[(82.23±2.344)vs.(62.16±2.504),P<0.001].Among those indexes including in the scale,the scores of fatigue[(15.64±0.782)vs.(9.42±0.573),P<0.001],energy[(23.05±0.774)vs.(15.05±0.759),P<0.001]and daily living ability[(17.84±0.759)vs.(14.03±0.958),P=0.003]were higher than those before operation,which showed that the postoperative fatigue increased,that the energy and life ability decreased,that the vitality of the patients did not decrease,and that the attention was not affected.In addition,the preoperative scores of patients at stage III and IV are higher than patients at stage I and II[(68.79±3.806)vs.(58.13±3.181),P=0.038]but there was no difference in terms of postoperative evaluation.Conclusion The results of this study showed the postoperative fatigue,energy and daily life ability more poorly those before surgery,but the indications to vitality and memory were almost consistent.Besides,the higher the tumor TNM stage was,the more tired the patient was.关键词
