Abstract
Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of color Doppler ultrasound guided interventional treatment of gynecological pelvic cystic lesions.Methods 256 patients with pelvic cystic lesions admitted to our hospital in December 2013 October-2016 were selected as the subjects of this report and were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the control group were treated with clinic open surgery,while patients in the experimental group were given Color Doppler ultrasound guided interventional treatment.The clinical outcomes,complications,and quality of life were reviewed.Results The results showed that the cysts extracted from patients with ovarian cysts were clear and yellowish,whereas the endometriotic cysts were dark red and brown,and the pelvic encapsulated effusion was pale yellow and dark red.The volume of cyst fluid in the pelvic cavity effusion of three kinds of lesions was the most,which was(120.4±39.5)mL.The number of complications such as local pain,weakness,lung infection and other complications in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The cure rate and satisfaction rate of the experimental group were both higher than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The clinical application of color Doppler ultrasound guided interventional treatment of gynecological pelvic cystic lesions is a minimally invasive treatment,which has good clinical value.关键词
