Abstract
Objective To analyze the perceived quality of nursing service in township hospitals of Zigong City by IPA model.Methods First,building the questionnaire of perceivedimportance of nursing service quality in township hospitals,and then the IPA model was constructed and used to analyze after surveying the 24 township hospitals in Zigong City.Results 7 items were distributed in high importance-high performance quadrant,4 itemswere distributed in high importance-low performance quadrant,7 items were distributed in low importance-low performance quadrant,5 items were distributed in low importance-high performance quadrant.Conclusion IPA model can distinguish the priority of perceived quality problems,and it is a useful tool to analyze the quality of nursing service in township hospitals.关键词
