摘要

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the characteristics of residual HepG2 cells following insufficient thermo-ablation treatment.Methods: The HepG2 celles were heated to 47℃ for 5min,7.5min,10min respectively,and the normal HepG2 cells were control.All cells were observed under microscope and MTS assay was used to determine residual cells proliferation at 24h,48h and 72h.Transwell assay was used to detect the migration of the residual cells;(4) The ability of clone was observed by cell culture for 10 days.Results: The results showed that with the increasing heating time,the apotosis cells increased.The proliferation of residual cells enhanced within 24h,and decreased in 48-72h group.The ability of migration of residual cells enhanced with the increased heating time.The ability of clone was reduced after heat treatment.Conclusion: The characteristics of residual HepG2 cells were changed after insufficient thermo-ablation treatment.The slope proliferation was enhanced and declined along with the heating time extension.The ability of migration was unregulated,while the ability of clone was reduced.
