摘要
Abstract
Multiple modalities including endocrine therapy,surgery combined with radiotherapy,chemotherapy,non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug treatment,targeted drugs,and interferon treatment have been tried and achieved comparable success in AF treatment.In addition,based on the indolent nature of AF,follow-up observation is also recommended as first-line treatment by several guidelines.For the treatment decision of AF,the patients''expectation must be considered.Function preservation and cosmetic requirement need to be emphasized,and non-surgical treatment should be considered as important as surgery.关键词
