《当代名医临证精华·消渴专辑》治疗消渴病组方用药规律分析
The Prescription Law of Diabetes Formula from Contemporary Distinguished Physician Medical Cases Diabetes Section

Abstract
Objective:To explore the prescription law of contemporary distinguished physician treating diabetes and provide a references for treating diabetes. Methods:There were experience formulas by the 33 contempo-rary distinguished physicians were analyzed from Contemporary Distinguished Physician Medical Cases Dia-betes Section,and the involved herbs were input into a database using Excel software. Frequency analysis and cluster analysis were applied to analyze the prescription law. Results:There were 93 formulas selected involving 150 herbs,with medication frequency of 1059,in which the medication frequency of Shanyao, Huangqi,Shengdihuang,Fuling,Tianhuafen,Maidong and Dangshen was more than 30 times. According to the herbal category,herbs for tonifying with the highest frequency followed by for clearing heat and inducing di-uresis and excreting dampness. Cluster analysis results showed that the herbs for clearing and generating fluids,tonifying spleen qi,nourishing the liver and kidneys were the commonest combination. Conclusion:The treatment for diabetes by contemporary distinguished doctors mainly involves tonifying the deficiency ,clearing heat and inducing diuresis and excreting dampness. By cluster analysis on the herbs for diabetes ,the pre-scription law can be determined and to provide a reference for clinical treatment.关键词
