基于数据挖掘的外感发热组方用药规律研究
Study on the Prescription Law for Exogenous Fever Based on Data Mining

Abstract
Objective:To summarize the prescription law for exogenous fever by traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Methods:The relevant TCM classical for exogenous fever were collected and input into Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS),and thereafter analyzed by data mining methods such as improved mutual information method ,complex system entropy clustering ,and unsupervised hierarchical clustering of the software. Results:In the 235 drugs of 165 prescriptions included ,the top 3 frequently used drugs are Zhigancao (89),Huangqin (61),and Chaihu (39);the top 3 frequently used drug combinations are Zhigancao and Huangqin (33),Huanglian and Huangqin (28),Zhizi and Huangqin (27);the top 3 correlated drugs are Maidong and Biejia,Maidong and Dahuang,Lianqiao and Houpu. Finally,22 core drug combinations and 11 new prescriptions were deduced. Conclusion:In the treatment of exogenous fever ,herbs for clearing heat,tonifying deficiency and relieving exterior syndrome are the major one,followed by for purgating,resolv-ing sputum and stopping cough.关键词
