Effects of Shiquan Dabu Decoction Combined with FOLFOX Regimen on Serum TGF-β1 and IL-17 Levels in Patients with Advanced Colorectal Cancer and Its Clinical Efficacy

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Shiquan Dabu decoction combined with FOL-FOX regimen in treating metastatic colorectal cancer and the influence on serum TGF-β1 and IL-17 levels. Method:Sixty patients with advanced metastatic colorectal cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with FOLFOX regi-men,while patients in the treatment group were treated with Shiquan Dabu decoction combined with FOL-FOX regimen. After 4 weeks,the effect in both groups was observed and the serum TGF-β1 and IL-17 levels were tested. Results:In the treatment group,the clinical effect,and influence on serum TGF-β1 and IL-17 levels were apparently better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Shiquan Dabu decoction combined with FOLFOX regimen has satisfactory effect in treating metastatic colorectal cancer.关键词
