百丹疏肝方治疗抗肺结核合并真菌感染药物所致肝损伤196例疗效观察
Effect Observation of 196 Cases of Liver Injury Due to Anti-Tuberculosis and Fungal Infection Treated by Baidan Shugan Formula

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Baidan Shugan formula for liver injure due to anti-tu-berculosis and fungal infection. Methods:There were 196 patients randomly divided into two groups ,98 cases in each group. In the control group,patients were given diammonium glycyrrhizinate enteric-coated capsules orally and in the experimental group,patients were given Baidan Shugan formula. After 4 weeks,the clinical effect was compared between the two groups. Results:The effectiveness and total effectiveness in the experi-mental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). In both groups,the levels of ALT, AST,TBil level decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the decrease in the experimental group was more ob-viously than that in the control group(P<0.05). The time for disappearing of fever,gastrointestinal symp-toms,fatigue,discomfort in liver area was less than that in the control group(P<0.05). In experimental group, patients were given anti-tuberculosis antifungal treatment after no more than 4 weeks ,and the condition was better than that in the control group ( P<0 . 05 ) . The control of the primary disease in the experimental group was better than that in the the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Baidan Shugan formula showed satisfactory effect for liver injury due to anti-tuberculosis complicated and fungal infection ,and therefore it is a basis for further treating tuberculosis and fungal infection.关键词
