中药配合醋酸奥曲肽治疗粘连性肠梗阻的临床研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effectiveness of Chinese herbal medicine combined with oc-treotide acetate in the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction. Methods:There were 93 patients with ad-hesive intestinal obstruction admitted from August 2012 to December 2016 randomly divided into study group (n=45) and control group (n=48). All patients were given conventional therapy like preoperative fast-ing,gastrointestinal decomposition,rehydration and enema. Besides,the control group was also treated with oc-treotide acetate,and the study group was further was treated with Chinese herbal medicine and octreotide acetate. Results:The total effective rate was 86.67% in the study group and 68.75% in the control group,re-spectively. The efficacy of the study group was better than that of the control group ,with statistical differ-ence(P<0.05). Compared with the control group,in the study group indexes like gastrointestinal decompres-sion,remission time of abdominal pain and distension,the first time of flatus and defecation,length of hospi-tal stay and case number of conversion to open surgery were greatly reduced with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion:Chinese herbal medicine combined with octreotide acetate showed significant effect in the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction ,and could relieve the clinical symptoms immediately.关键词
