Effect of Tongqiao Biyan Pill in Treatment of Chronic Sinusitis and Related Inflammatory Factors
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the effects of Tongqiao Biyan pill on the body of patients with chronic sinusi-tis related inflammatory factors. Methods:Using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) detected serum IL-1β,IL-5 and TNF-a content changes before and after treated by Tongqiao Biyan pill in chronic sinusitis patients,and compared with the control of clarithromycin and blank group. Results:The serum Tongqiao Biyan pill in the treatment of patients with chronic sinusitis in IL-1β,IL-5 and TNF-a were significantly lower than the clarithromycin control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion:Tongqiao Biyan pill can lower in patients with chronic sinusitis related inflammatory cytokine of content of IL-1β,IL-5 and TNF-a,has important clinical significance to the treatment of chronic sinusitis.关键词
