Abstract
Objective:To summarize Professor WANG's experience in the treatment of chronic gastritis by tra-ditional Chinese medicine(TCM) Inheritance Support System and to find out prescription law. Methods:There were 202 cases of chronic gastritis from Professor WANG's clinic from October 2013 to October 2014. All the diagnosis information and prescription were input into the database and analyzed with TCM inheritance Support Platform(Version 2.5). Results:There were 108 herbs prescribed in 202 patients,and the herbs of the highest frequency were Fuling(198),Chaobaizhu(185),Baikou(174),Qiaosharen(147) and Muxiang(135). Based on the linkage law and aprior method,with support degree 40%,confidence interval 95%,9 herbs were determined,including Chaobaizhu,Fuling,Baikou,Qiaosharen,Houpu,Fabanxia,Huanglian,Shengyiyiren and Mux-iang,with support degree 50%,6 herbs were determined:Chaobaizhu,Fuling,Baikou,Qiaosharen,Houpu and Muxiang. Through entropy clustering and improvement of mutual information,the potential herbal combination were obtained. Through no supervised entropy cluster and potential combination,the core formula was deter-mined. Conclusion:The basic disease mechanism of chronic gastritis is improper diet and unhappiness in which deficiency is the major cause and dampness is the major pathological factors. And food ,stasis and toxin are the secondary pathological factors. Spleen,stomach and liver are the major disease location,with distention,fullness,and stomachache as the major symptoms.关键词
