张珍玉从肝论治月经后期用药规律研究
Study on Prescription Law of Professor ZHANG Zhenyu Treating Delayed Menorrhea from Liver
摘要
Abstract
Objective:Based on traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system(TCMISS)(Version 2.5), the prescription law of Professor ZHANG Zhenyu treating delayed menorrhea of liver qi stagnation was ana-lyzed. Methods:There were 182 prescriptions by Professor ZHANG Zhenyu from 1997 to 2005 for delayed menorrhea,in which there were 62 prescriptions for liver qi stagnation. Syndrome differentiation and pre-scription by Professor ZHANG were input into the TCMISS ,to analyze the prescription law. Results:Liver qi stagnation is the main syndrome of delayed menorrhea,involving 39 herbs,and the commonly used formula and herb combination were determined. Conclusion:The treatment for delayed menorrhea due to liver qi stagnation is soothing the liver and resolving constraint ,supplementing qi and activating blood circulation.关键词
