不同频率一指禅推法对脾虚家兔胃肠黏膜形态学的影响
Effect of Different Frequency of One Finger Pushing on Gastrointestinal Mucosa Morphology in Rabbits with Spleen Deficiency
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the different frequencies of one finger pushing on the gastrointestinal mu-cosa morphology,and to explore the relationship between the frequency and effect. Methods:There were 48 rabbits in laboratory,and after adaptive feeding for 7 days,8 rabbits were randomly chosen as the control group ( K group ) , and the remaining rabbits were randomly divided into A , B , C , D and P groups ( model group) to establish the spleen model,8 rabbits in each group. A,B,C,D groups were given one finger push-ing in the Zhong Wan and Tian Shu(both sides) 50~100,101~150151~200 and 201~250 times/minute. After one finger pushing,morphological changes of the gastrointestinal tract was observed by laparotomy,mu-cosal pathological changes were observed under microscope ,pyloric tissue was observed under electron micro-scope,and duodenal tissue was observed under projection electron microscope. Results:Group B and group K were most similar on morphology,in group A,C and D there were pathological changes of different levels, and group P group showed the most severe lesions in gastrointestinal mucosa lesions ,with the most obvious changes compared with other groups. Conclusion:One finger pushing of different frequencies for rabbits with spleen deficiency showed differences on the effect,that is,frequency could affect therapeutic effect;the most favorable frequency for rabbits with spleen deficiency was 101~150 times/minute.关键词
