胃癌组织中IL-22BP、IL-22、STAT3的表达变化及意义
Expression and clinical significance of IL-22BP,IL-22,and STAT3 in human gastric cancer tissues

Abstract
Objective To detect the expression of interleukin-22 (IL-22)binding protein (IL-22BP),IL-22,signal transducer and activator of transcription-3 (STAT3)in the tissues of patients with gastric cancer,and to explore its signifi-cance. Methods Using immunohistochemical SP method to stain 37 cases of gastric cancer tissues and their matched nor-mal gastric tissues which were obtained from the proximal margin of the resection and beyond 5 cm to the gastric cancer sec-tion,the expression of IL-22BP,IL-22,and STAT3 was detected,and the relationships of the three parameters with clini-copathological features of gastric cancer were analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of IL-22BP in the gastric cancer tissues and the normal gastric tissues were 67. 6% (25 / 37)and 18. 9% (7 / 37);the positive expression rates of IL-22 in the gastric cancer tissues and the normal gastric tissues were 73. 0% (27 / 37)and 18. 9% (7 / 37);the positive expression rates of STAT3 in the gastric cancer tissues and the normal gastric tissues were 75. 8% (28 / 37)and 24. 3%(9 / 37),respectively. Significant differences were found in the positive expression rates of the three parameters between the gastric cancer tissues and the normal gastric tissues (all P < 0. 01). The positive expression of IL-22BP,IL-22,and STAT3 in the gastric cancer tissues was significantly related with the clinical stage,depth of invasion,and lymph node me-tastasis of the patients with gastric cancer (all P < 0. 05),but not related with gender and age (all P > 0. 05). In the gas-tric cancer tissues,the expression of IL-22BP was positively correlated with the expression of IL-22,and STAT3 (r =0. 526,0. 383,respectively;all P < 0. 05),and the expression of IL-22 was positively correlated with the expression of STAT3 (r = 0. 342,P < 0. 05). Conclusion IL-22BP,IL-22,and STAT3 are highly expressed in the gastric cancer tis-sues,the expression of them is related with the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer,and the results suggest that they may synergistically promote the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.关键词
