乳腺癌术后局部复发患者癌组织中Survivin、MMP-9的表达变化及意义
Expression and significance of survivin and MMP-9 in patients with local recurrence of breast cancer after operation

Abstract
Objective To observe the expression changes of survivin and matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP-9)in the cancer tissues of patients with local recurrence of breast cancer after surgery and to explore its significance. Methods Sev-enty-three cases of tissue specimens from patients with breast cancer recurrence after treatment were collected,and the ex-pression of survivin and MMP-9 in the primary tumor tissues and recurrent tumor tissues were detected by immunohisto-chemical SP method. Furthermore,we analyzed the effects of survivin and MMP-9 expression changes on the survival con-dition of patients. Whether the changes of Survivin and MMP-9 expression can effect on survival was also analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of survivin and MMP-9 were 72. 60% (53 / 73)and 69. 86% (51 / 73),respectively in the primary tumor tissues,versus 65. 75% (48 / 73)and 58. 90% (43 / 73)in the recurrent tumor tissues. There was no statis-tically significant difference in the positive expression rates between them (both P > 0. 05). In the primary and recurrent tumor tissues,survivin expression was both positive in 31 cases (42. 47%),both negative in 3 cases (4. 11%),22 cases (30. 14%)changed from positive to negative,and 17 cases (23. 29%)changed from negative to positive. In the primary and recurrent tumor tissues,MMP-9 expression was both positive in 26 cases (35. 62%),both negative in 5 cases (6. 86%),25 cases (34. 25%)changed from positive to negative,and 17 cases (23. 29%)changed from negative to positive. The one-,three-,and five-year survival rates were 91. 78%,89. 04%,and 68. 49%,respectively,in patients with survivin positive recurrent tumor tissues,versus 94. 52%,90. 41%,and 78. 08% in in patients with survivin negative recurrent tumor tissues. The survival condition of patients with survivin negative recurrent tumor tissues was better than that of patients with survivin positive (χ2 = 4. 752,P < 0. 05). The one-,three-,and five-year survival rates were 94. 52%, 67. 12%,and 52. 05%,respectively,in patients with MMP-9 positive recurrent tumor tissues,versus 100%,89. 04%, and 82. 19% in patients with MMP-9 negative recurrent tumor tissues. The survival condition of patients with MMP-9 nega-tive recurrent tumor tissues was better than that of patients with MMP-9 positive (χ2 = 8. 062,P < 0. 05). Conclusions The expression of survivin and MMP-9 in primary and local recurrent tissues of patients with breast cancer can be trans-formed between positive and negative. The positive expression of survivin and MMP-9 in tumor tissues of recurrence could be correlated with the poor prognosis.关键词
