排毒健肾汤治疗老年慢性肾功能不全60例
Treatment of 60 elderly patients with chronic renal insufficiency by Paidu Jianshen prescription

Abstract
Objective:To observe the treatment of Paidu Jianshen prescription in elderly patients with chronic renal insufficiency.Methods:Select our hospital 120 cases of elderly patients with chronic renal insufficiency were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,60 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were given routine CRF comprehensive treatment,the treatment group with our homemade soup paidu Jianshen,4 weeks for a course of treatment.Evaluate curative effect after eight weeks,to observe the change of clinical symptom integral,before and after the treatment of patients before and after treatment were detected serum creatinine (Scr),blood urea nitrogen (BUN),uric acid (BUA) and the levels of eGFR.Results:The treatment group and control group total effective rate were 91.66 ％ and 70 ％ respectively.After treatment,two groups of symptoms integral,BUN,Scr and BUA were significantly lower (P＜ 0.05),elevated levels of eGFR is compared between group (P＜ 0.05),and there were significant differences (P＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Treatment effect of Paidu Jianshen prescription in elderly patients with chronic renal insufficiency is good,and it can improve the nutritional status of patients,reduce level of SCr and BUN,achieve the protection of residual renal function and delay the deterioration of renal function,the purpose of the patient's quality of life improved obviously,is worth further promotion.关键词
