调神解郁益肾汤联合开天门治疗女性更年期失眠疗效观察
Clinical observation on Tiaoshen Jieyu Yishen decoction combined with Kaitianmen in the treatment of menopausal insomnia women

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Tiaoshen Jieyu Yishen decoction combined with Kaitianmen in the treatment of menopausal insomnia women.Methods:64 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.32 cases in treatment group were given Tiaoshen Jieyu Yishen decoction combined with Kaitianmen and the control group oral park sleep capsule treatment.Compared two groups of patients after 1 month of Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI),the change of the integral and the clinical curative effect.Results:After treatment,the PSQI of treatment group was (8.13±2.36)and the control group was (8.86±2.72).The difference of PSQI was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Treatment group total effective rate was 93.75％,and the control group was 78.12％.The treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The Tiaoshen Jieyu Yishen decoction combined with Kaitianmen is safe and effective.关键词
