四黄悬液外敷治疗跟骨骨折早期肿痛临床观察
Clinical research of external application traditional Chinese medicine Sihuang suspension in treatment of swelling in early calcaneal fracture
摘要
Abstract
Objective:Evaluate the clinical effect of external application traditional Chinese medicine Sihuang suspension in treatment of swelling in early calcaneal fracture.Methods:86 cases of calcaneal fracture patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was given ice covering,mannitol and other routine western medicine treatment.In addition to the above treatment,the treatment group were given additionally external application of traditional chinese medicine Sihuang suspension,the limb swelling degree and VAS score,the time of skin appeared wrinkly was compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the degree of swelling and pain in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The time of skin appeared wrinkly of the treatment group was significantly less than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).And no obvious side effects.Conclusion:External application traditional Chinese medicine Sihuang suspension can significantly alleviate the swelling and pain of the early calcaneal fracture,has curative effect,without obvious side effects,and worthy of clinical popularization and Application.关键词
