复方雪莲拈痛汤治疗活动期类风湿关节炎临床观察
Study on compound saussaurea Niantong decoction in the treatment of active rheumatoid arthritis clinical curative effect
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of compound saussaurea Niantong decoction in the treatment of active rheumatoid arthritis,in order to provide the basis for clinical medication.Methods:120 cases were diagnosed in patients with active rheumatoid arthritis,according to the principle of random,the patients were divided into treatment group and control group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,the treatment group in the control group based on the use of compound saussaurea Niantong decoction treatment.After 3 mouth,the two groups were observed the clinical efficacy and blood indexes.Results:After treatment in 3 mouth,the clinical effect of treatment of the treatment group than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Patients in the treatment group,RF,CRP,ESR and platelet were lower than the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Compound saussaurea Niantong decoction can effectively improve the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis and signs,improve the clinical treatment effect,and can effectively reduce the related index of blood.关键词
