龙胆泻肝汤治疗HIV相关炎症性皮肤病疗效观察
Observation of curative effect of Longdan Xiegan decoction in treating HIV related dermatitis

Abstract
Objective:Research in patients with HIV related dermatitis of yunnan province that to observe the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment.Methods:60 hot and humid immersed Chinese syndrome type cases of HIV related inflammatory skin diseases patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.30 cases in control group treated by oral anthistamines and external glucocorticoids.30 cases in treatment group on the basis of conventional treatment combined with Longdan Xiegan decoction.A period of treatment is 2 weeks.Result:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 86.7 ％ (26/30)and the control group is 53.3 ％ (16/30).The treatment group had sifnificant advantages over control group.Conclusions:The Longdan Xiegan decoction was dffective in therapy of HIV related dermatitis.关键词
