Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and possible mechanism of action for treating patients of chronic urticaria with Yupingfeng granules and desloratadine citrate disodium tablets.Methods:136 chronic urticaria cases were randomly divided into control group of 68 cases and treatment group of 68 cases.Patients in the control group were treated with desloratadine citrate disodium tablets.While patients in the treatment group were treated with Yupingfeng granules,4 weeks for treatment.The paper was focus on comparing the effectiveness,observing the change of TCM syndrome integrals,recording the relief of urticarial and monitoring the levels change of serum factors.Results:The efficiency for patients in the treatment group was 92.6 ％,which was higher than that of the control group 77.9 ％.The TCM syndrome integrals for patients in the treatment group were lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05).The wind group,seizure frequency and duration of every week for patients in the treatment group were less than that of the control group (P＜0.05).The levels of IgE,IL-4,IL-8 and IL-17 for patients in the treatment group were lower than that of the control group after treatment(P＜0.05),while the level of IFNγ for patients in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group after treatment(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Treating patients of chronic urticaria with Yupingfeng granules and desloratadine citrate disodium tablets has good effect,it is good to alleviate the symptoms.The mechanism may be associated with the regulation of cytokines levels in the blood to promote Th1 / Th2 cytokines ratio balance.关键词
