摘要
Abstract
Hochiminh City is faced with new challenges of transformation into an urban agglomeration. Fiercer economic competition, climate change threats and accumulated problems of three decades' fast growth urged the city to find new strategies to sustain its development. This paper introduces evolution of city development and city planning, reviews major challenges and discusses about strategic planning and development options of Hochiminh City in the near future.关键词
